Stollen is enjoyed throughout Germany, even past the Christmas season. So, why not make one in January to enjoy for your afternoon Kaffeezeit?  Stollen is a rich, yeasted bread filled with a mix of dried fruit, nuts, citrus, and topped with powdered sugar.  Learn to make this classic German wintertime treat, all the tricks to success with be shared. Note - this is a demonstration class with minimal hands-on, though participants are guaranteed a tasting of the delicious Stollen!
