Are you ready for an early start into summer classes? Dive into the rich German culture and the quirky little ins and outs that this language provides by joining our German for Travelers class!

Class Description

Prepare for your next adventure to German-speaking countries with our German for Traveler Class! This in-person class is meant for learners of German on the A2 and B1 level (students who finished at least Beginner III). This course is tailored for individuals who want to learn practical German phrases and essential vocabulary to navigate travel situations with confidence and ease. Students will learn how to book a hotel room, order food at a restaurant, take the train in Germany and a lot more. You meet every Wednesday for 6 weeks.

Meeting Times & Materials

The class meets in-person, Wednesdays, May 15 - June 19 (6 sessions) from 6:30pm-8pm. Class material will be provided by the teacher.

PREREQUISITES

You have a basic knowledge of German and are at least on the A2.1 level? Perfect - You're good to go! If in doubt, please refer to the Placement Test.

Cost

The cost of this class is $113 for friends of the DANK Haus and $138 for all others. If you're interested to become a friend of ours, click here!

A late fee of $30 will be added to the respective price for any registrants enrolling on/after May 1st, 2024.

Minimum Enrollment

There need to be at least 6 students in order for this class to come together.
